Throwing in the Trowel

My Shasta Daisies - Kitty would be proud.

I struggled with my gardening this year and wished I could create a space like the master gardeners in my books. When the snow came this past weekend, I finally had to throw in the trowel.

I managed to take some photos of the bright spots before the cold weather came.

Love these.

Love this rose.

  1. I didn’t know flowers that beautiful could grow in “regular people’s” yards in Cheyenne!! Thanks for sharing the gorgeous pictures. Loved “Rose House” and am eagerly waiting for your next book to come out!!! Hope all is well with you and your family:)

  2. Looks great I wish I had known you were so close by Tina. Bil Emma and I were driving by on the way to my dad’s in Esterbrook last month I would have loved to have stopped in for a quick visit. I see Janet and udel lots and they are doing great.

    1. Hi Amy! It is SO good to hear from you. I’d lost your email for awhile. Wouldn’t that have been nice to see each other? Tell Janet hi.

  3. Thanks, ladies! I just wish it could have been a better garden, but I was traveling so much with the book promotion I let it lapse. Even my local appearances were busy, but I guess it will be worth it in the long run. Maybe my garden will be better next year.
